This archive contains atom probe tomography data files of a ferritic steel containing VMoNbC carbides. Samples have been Deuterium or Hydrogen charged in water, and then transferred tot hte atom probe for analysis.

The .pos and .rrng files have been generated using IVAS 3.6.6.

RRNG: Assignment file that maps mass-to-charge to atomic identity
	- The format is a de-facto format, by Cameca/Ametek corporation.
POS : Estimated atomic co-ordinates and mass-to-charge.
	- This is fixed-size record (16 bytes per entry) 4-entry IEEE 754 float, in little endian format (x,y,z,mass-to-charge)

R34_ prefixed datasets were acquired using the machine at ETH Zuerich (ScopeM). R14_ datasets were acquired at the university of Oxford, Dept. of Materials.
